Yes. I run every session personally. You're not handed off to a team or left to figure it out in a forum. This is me, working directly with you.

Crew Coaching is $1,200/month AUD + GST. We work together for an initial 12 months, then go month to month.
If you'd prefer to pay upfront, the annual investment is $11,520 + GST — the equivalent of $960/month.
Most people make back their investment within the first few months. One person did it in a week.

Plan for a few hours — the coaching session plus implementation time. If you can't find a few hours a week to work on your business, that's actually the first thing we'll fix together.

Not at all. Crew Coaching works whether you're solo or leading a team. The focus is on your business, your constraints, and your growth — not the size of your operation.

Yes. The group format is intentional — and it gets better results than 1:1 for most people. You get my direct coaching plus the perspective of other established creative founders solving the same challenges. None of us is as smart as all of us.
If you want private sessions only, this isn't the right fit. But if you're open to it, most people are surprised by how much they get from the group dynamic.
The Investment
