Damian Hinks has immersed himself in the creative business industry for over 20 years, running operations from the driver's seat and providing guidance behind the scenes. His journey has spanned diverse roles—from startup owner and freelancer to business development and managing director—in sectors ranging from publishing to graphic design, brand strategy, research and web development.
In 2015, Damian embarked on a new chapter in consulting, where he discovered the profound impact of optimism, empathy, and accountability in mentoring creative and entrepreneurial leaders. Inspired by the transformative power of mentorship, Damian launched The Commercial Creative—an online coaching program designed to help creative enterprises thrive as profitable businesses.

Crew calls with Damian occur once a week on Zoom. Typically, they take place on Wednesday at 12.30pm AEST (QLD, Australia).
Additionally our guest speaker industry experts may offer to host other exclusive events on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! Damian will be in all sessions unless he's shipped the family off to a remote island for a holiday, in which case a skilled industry partner will host an exclusive session on a relevant topic
