Oh Hi!
Damian here, and I’ve been where you are.
Juggling clients, cashflow, and about six different job titles you never applied for. I’ve led teams in agencies, worked with global brands, and I’ve also had weeks in my own businesses where I thought, “Maybe I should just get a job...”
Along the way, I’ve tried a lot of silver bullets. Some worked. Most didn’t. What I know for sure? Growing a creative business isn’t about working harder or collecting more “expert” PDFs. It’s about doing less. Focusing on what works, and having someone hold you to it.
That’s what I do now. I help creative business owners get clear, get moving, and grow a business that doesn’t chew them up in the process.
