Rollercoaster. Of Love.
A few of our Crew Members had gone quiet lately—not because they’ve given up, but because they’re flat out. Inbound leads, new clients, stacked projects… they’re finally riding the part of the rollercoaster we all want: the thrilling climb after a long, slow grind.
But scroll back just a few weeks and the story was different. Not a lot of Leads. Confidence was shaky. They were wondering if they’d missed something—or worse, left it too late to stop the freefall.
That’s how this thing works.
If you’ve been in the game long enough, you already know: the highs are earned, the lows are inevitable, and the smart ones keep showing up either way.
It’s not about avoiding the drop. It’s about reinforcing the foundations so your whole structure doesn’t collapse when the pressure kicks in.
That’s why we show up to Crew calls, even when things are busy. It’s why we keep talking to people after the inbox fills up. It’s why we track the boring stuff, build our systems, and stay connected to the relationships that actually matter.
The time to fix the roof is when the sun is shining.
So if things are going well for you right now—put your hands in the air and enjoy! Celebrate it. Then reinvest a little of that momentum into making it sustainable.
If you’re in a low, that’s okay too. Because nothing lasts forever—not the highs, not the lows, and not the weird little plateaus in between. Keep building. Keep showing up. It’s the only way you stay in the game long enough to ride the good parts again.
Learn to love the rollercoaster. It’s the ride you signed up for. Might as well enjoy the view.
(And if you caught the Red Hot Chilli Peppers reference in the title... welcome to the elite tier. I see you.)
