Stop Posting. Start Following Up.

Most design studios are out here chasing likes—when their next client is sitting in their inbox, wondering if they were just a one-off.

They already trust you.
They already know your work.
And they’re likely wondering who can solve their next problem.

But instead of reconnecting, we’re out here tweaking hashtags and stressing over content calendars.

I’m not against marketing (in fact Marketing and I now have a mutual understanding thanks to some good support and advise I've been given along the way.)

But there’s a difference between building your audience and ignoring the one you already have.

If you’ve ever said, “I just need more leads,” try this instead.

We'll even give it a fancy title: A 5-Day Reactivation Sprint!

(It’s not fancy. But it works.)

Day 1: Make a list of 10 past clients you'd genuinely enjoy working with again. The ones that make you smile and would love to hear from you.

Day 2: Send each of them a short, personalised message. Check in. Ask what they’re working on. No pitch. Just connection. Please... just be real.

Day 3: Post something valuable that shows specifically what kind of problems you solve (and tag no one).

Day 4: Follow up with anyone who replied on Day 2. Ask if they'd like to catch up or get a quick second opinion.

Day 5: Reach out to one old contact you’ve been nervous to follow up with. You know the one. Just do it.

That’s it.
Five days.
Five opportunities to reopen warm doors.

And warm leads close way faster than cold ones.

The work you’re looking for probably isn’t out in the algorithm.

It’s likely waiting for a nudge in your inbox.
